1. Based on artificial intelligence technology, we provide services such as intelligent chatting and information consultation. The operator reserves the right to adjust the service content.
2. Users must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct. When registering, users should provide true information and update it in a timely manner.
1. Use the services legally and have the right to provide opinions and suggestions.
2. It is prohibited to use the application to engage in any illegal or 违规 activities, interfere with the operation of the application, or conduct technical cracking.
1. The intellectual property rights of all content of the application belong to the operator. Without prior written permission, commercial use is prohibited.
2. The intellectual property rights of the content published by users belong to the users. However, users grant the operator the right to use the content, and users shall ensure the legality of the content.
1. Personal information during registration and use will be collected in accordance with the principles of legality and necessity.
2. Information is only used for service - related purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent (except as required by law, etc.).
3. Measures are taken to protect information security, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The operator has the right to change the services. Services may be interrupted or terminated due to user violations, system maintenance, force majeure, etc. Users shall compensate for losses caused by their own faults.
The operator does not guarantee the continuous normal operation of the services, and is exempt from liability for problems caused by force majeure, user faults, etc., with limitations on the scope of compensation.
The operator has the right to amend this agreement. Continued use of the services after publication of the amendment is deemed as consent.
This agreement is governed by Chinese law. Disputes shall be first negotiated. If unsuccessful, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court.
